We have partnered with local businesses to bring our classes to you. You can choose to have classes over the lunch hour, after work, or whatever time works best for you and your staff.

We work directly with Owatonna Community Education to offer several of our classes through their program. Options include Zumba, Senior Strength, Beginners Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Cycling.
