Beginners Flow

 Need a moment to find your breath and relax, reduce stress and help you sleep better? Then you NEED Restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. You will hold yummy, feel-good poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Props are used to support your practice; all props are provided. All are welcome!

Slow Flow Yoga

Take some time to enhance your mind-body connection with the soft, flowing movement of yoga. During slow flow you will move with intention from pose to pose using your breath. This is a low impact class that reduces stress and calms the mind. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

Yin Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga/ 30-minute Vinyasa

Slow Flow Yoga

Come experience a meditative practice that will slow the mind, while improving range of motion and flexibility. Yin Yoga is the deep stretching and lengthening of the body’s fascia (connective tissues linking bones, muscles and joints). Postures are held for a period of time to find opening and release using props that are provided at the studio. This class is for everyBODY!

Vinyasa Yoga/ 30-minute Vinyasa

Looking to find balance in your body and mind? In Vinyasa you will find energy, calm the mind, build strength and improve flexibility! You will experience linking a constant flow of poses using the breath.  During class you can expect to start close to the earth grounding your mind and body, flow up to hands and knees, make your way to your feet for standing poses, and end with a cool down and savasana. All levels are welcome, previous knowledge of yoga poses is helpful.

During class you can expect to start close to the earth grounding your mind and body, flow up to hands and knees, make your way to your feet for standing poses, and end with a cool down and savasana. All levels are welcome, previous knowledge of yoga poses is helpful. The heat will be 90 degrees plus in the studio.

This class is a combination of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. For the first half of class, you will practice vinyasa (a constant flow of poses using the breath), with low heat. The last half of class the heat will be turned off and you will do Yin (deep stretching). The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. It is a great combination, and all levels are welcome!

Want to take your Vinyasa Yoga practice to the next level? Then this fast-paced version of yoga is for you! Moving from one posture to the next, while linking breath with movement, you will improve your posture, balance, and get a good sweat! Previous yoga experience is helpful but required. The studio is heated to 90 degrees during the whole practice.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is for you if you want a full body, fat burning workout that’s mixed with the mental benefits of yoga. In class we will pair basic yoga moves with hand weights, and bursts of cardio, while listening to upbeat music. No previous yoga experience required.
