Yoga Calm for Kids gives kids practice and routine that integrates physical, mental, and emotional development. Children ages 4-10 will learn yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

$55 for 6 week session

During Kids Yoga camp we focus on yoga poses, mindfulness, breath work and other full body movement. From 8:30-9:15 your kiddo will dance, practice many different calming strategies, learn yoga poses, play games, and get to know other kiddos!
BONUS: there are adult fitness classes happening at the same time for the parents to attend, or drop your kiddo off and run some errands or get a coffee :)! Hope to see your yogi soon!
