You will enjoy long rides, sprints, hills, jumps and more with our unique classes. Our instructors will guide you through a fun workout, while our Keiser bike computers will help ensure you get the perfect ride tailored to your own fitness level. Rides change daily.
Our Cycle Strong class combines the same fun of our cycling class with a strength workout. You will spend the first half of class on the bike, and then move into the fitness studio for the second half, using weights and other equipment. All levels welcome!
