This class focuses on toning the entire body through repetition of movements using a mat and a barre.  This no-impact, upbeat class will get your heart pumping, and is great for all fitness levels.

Find your power!  Increase strength and endurance by infusing short bursts of high and low intensity cardio with full body strengthening.  This class will challenge all levels by using body weight and a variety of  equipment.

In addition to a strengthening workout, you will get some bonus light cardio to get your heart pumping!  You will use hand weights, body weight and other equipment.  All levels welcome.

This is an express strength workout that will incorporate cardio and weights, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and a variety of equipment. Class is only 30 minutes and is a perfect way to start your day!
