Hi! My name is Katie Berg, and I am one of the owners of VIBES. I am married to Jake Berg, we have two amazing boys Jack and Ty, and two fur babies Mick and Daly. First of all, let me thank you for taking the time to visit our website, and for learning more about us. My personal journey with yoga and fitness started years ago and has greatly evolved. I decided to become certified in yoga for my own mental health and then decided I had to share how amazing it was with others! I expanded my training into Group Fitness and Cycling, and love teaching all classes, but Yoga will ALWAYS be my passion. Currently I am a certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance RYT500 Yoga Alliance, and have my Group Fitness/Cycling certification with NETA. I can’t wait to meet you, and have you join our amazing community that is VIBES.
Hi! I’m Stephanie Hanson, and I am the co-owner of VIBES. We strive to create a welcoming community at VIBES, and we would love for you to be a part of it! I live in Owatonna with my husband Chad, our kids Carter, Sophie and Colby, and our Aussie Doodle Cosmo. I fell in love with group fitness when I started attending classes after my youngest was born. I was hooked and began teaching a couple years later. I hold my 200RYT Yoga and Group Exercise Certifications, along with several other specialty certifications. I teach Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Cycling, Barre, Turbo Kick, Strength/Bootcamp, and Zumba. I love to help people work towards their goals and have fun during the process. My goal is to make classes fun for everyone!

Hello! I have attended group fitness classes for many years and have been blessed to have been introduced to VIBES. I have my Group Exercise, Barre Connect and Drum Fit Certifications. My previous teaching experience before fitness was coaching and writing choreography for local High School Marching Band colorguard sections. Outside of teaching, I had performed many years in the colorguard section of the Govenaires Drum & Bugle Corps. I enjoy the outdoors, running 5k's to half-marathons, traveling and sports in general. I teach Barre, Drum Fit, Zumba and Turbo Kick. My goal is to make you love the classes so you never want to miss a week!

I have been teaching Zumba for over 7 years. I am a certified Zumba Instructor, and I also teach Cycling and Turbo Kick. I used to teach Barre and Strength. My husband and I recently moved back to Owatonna after living in Fargo, ND for four years. We have two daughters named Brielle and Bailey. I enjoy the outdoors, tennis, volleyball, music, dancing, and summertime.

In 2016, I completed the 200-Hour Teacher Training at Heartwork Yoga in Northfield. I received my Meditation Certificate through Normandale Community College and Barre Certificate at Six Degrees in Minneapolis. These trainings were truly transformational and life changing experiences. One of my must do's on vacation is to take or teach a yoga class. My favorite locations are New York City, Sedona, Costa Rica & Italy. My goal is to teach my students breath work, flexibility, peace, harmony, mindfulness and to shine their light. Metta, Peggy
